Where are the telephone numbers?

As we have grown we have answered a lot of telephone calls, most involve discussing finances around your honeymoon. This lead us to a quandry as we were being told by our lawyers that we needed to start recording these calls for security purposes.

This didn't feel right and so we decided to make all discussions with our clients "recordable" via email and our new online help system. We felt that having a recording of any discussion should be two way and so now all our customers can see the conversations as well as us.

Payment queries?


How can I confirm that my payment was successful?
All successful PayPal transactions will receive an email directly from PayPal to confirm payment. If you do not receive an email from PayPal then it is likely that your payment was not competed.

The PayPal confirmation email details will be:
From: service@paypal.co.uk
Subject: Your payment to (PayPal account owner)
Confirmation wording:
You sent a payment of £xx.xx GBP to (PayPal account owner). This charge will appear on your statement as payment to PAYPAL *(PayPal account owner).

Where do I enter my card details on the PayPal website?
All card information can be located on the left hand side of the PayPal screen. You will see the major credit card logos; just click the text associated with it to display the card details screen (this usually says “continue”).


I have closed down the SendUsPacking website but still haven't made a PayPal payment, what can I do?
When you chose an item from your friend’s gift list you will have received an email from SendUsPacking. If you click the link contained in this email it will take you to PayPal where you can complete the payment.

The PayPal customer service number (just in case) is:

What if I don't want to signup for a PayPal account, can I still give money?
Yes, we recommend that all listholders upgrade their PayPal account so that you shouldn't have to setup a PayPal account of your own. You should see either card logos or card detail fields on the left hand side of the screen.

Paying by cheque?
If you prefer to pay for a gift by cheque, please send the cheque directly to the list holder and not to SendUsPacking.
